We are now looking for a Resilience Officer to strengthen our resilience capability within the BA Wind Security & Resilience department. In this role, you will help ensure that our onshore and offshore wind, solar and battery operations can prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events — supporting Vattenfall’s mission of fossil‑free living through resilient and secure operations.
You will work across BA Wind, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to embed resilience thinking into daily operations and long‑term planning.

As a Resilience Officer , you will play a key role in helping the organisation prepare for, respond to, and learn from disruptive events. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of resilience practices across BA Wind, including business continuity, incident management, and risk management.
Working closely with business units and security functions, you will help translate resilience frameworks and requirements into practical, effective ways of working. Your focus will evolve depending on experience and development goals, ranging from hands‑on coordination and delivery to analytical, advisory, and improvement‑driven responsibilities.
You are motivated by preparedness, learning, and continuous improvement, and you thrive in complex environments where many stakeholders and perspectives intersect. You are curious, structured, and solution‑oriented, with the ability to turn complex resilience topics into practical outcomes.
