Your Challenges: Job Description As the Ho Technical Learning, you act as a mobilizing leader whose mission is to establish and implement the organization's technical training vision and strategy. In this capacity, you are the guarantor of regulatory compliance of skills and ensure the consistency of internal normative processes for the A220 sites. This strategic role involves leading, developing, and guiding the team of Technical Learning Advisors, proactively defining required training programs in collaboration with stakeholders, and providing strategic recommendations to managers. By integrating training activities into the Airbus ecosystem, the Supervisor directly contributes to the effectiveness of Airbus Canada and the optimization of the A220 program's performance.
Lead, develop, and guide the team of Technical Learning Advisors and manage the delivery of trainers (internal and external).
Act as the guarantor of regulatory compliance of skills, by keeping the process up to date, communicating it, and ensuring adherence.
Ensure the monitoring of regulatory skills.
Proactively and collaboratively define technical training program needs based on current and future production needs.
Provide recommendations in terms of learning strategies to managers in the technical sectors.
Contribute to the creation and revision of technical training programs in collaboration with the Learning Solutions team.
Establish and maintain strong collaborations between the technical training teams at the Mirabel and Alabama, USA sites.
Contribute to the improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of technical training, by ensuring internal and external monitoring.
Your Profile: College diploma or equivalent, supplemented by relevant professional experience, guaranteeing mastery of the following elements: team and project management, pedagogical principles, and technical knowledge (aeronautical).
Ten (10) years of experience in a similar role (ideally in aeronautics).
At least five (5) years of experience in a management position.
Demonstrate positive, mobilizing, inclusive, and integrity-driven leadership.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with various stakeholders (e.g., technical sector managers, external suppliers, international colleagues).
Be perfectly comfortable both orally and in writing in French and English.
Be able to quickly analyze complex issues to formulate and implement a relevant and effective solution.
Demonstrate proactivity to anticipate needs.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks, projects, and dimensions, often in a vague, uncertain, and rapidly evolving environment.
Be organized, creative, and recognized for your ability to make informed decisions.
Possess a high level of computer autonomy in the Google Suite environment.
Experience in a unionized and/or production environment is an asset.
