Responsible for Institutional Fundraising and Major Donors

CBM Switzerland, a partner organization of Glckskette, is seeking a Head of Institutional Fundraising and Major Donors to join their team.

The Head of Institutional Fundraising and Major Donors will be responsible for expanding and strategically developing fundraising efforts, focusing on foundations, companies, and major donors. This role involves acquiring new funding partners, implementing effective donor acquisition processes, and developing sustainable engagement strategies to maintain partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a degree in fundraising, marketing, or a related field, along with several years of experience in institutional fundraising and major donor management.
