We are a global management consulting firm focusing on strategy, operations, risk management and organizational transformation. In this role you will join our Restructuring & Financial Modelling practice as a Senior Consultant or Associate.

As a Senior Consultant, you will ask the right questions, frame hypotheses, and initiate research to find the answers. You will shape the problems we work on and develop specialized expertise that others will seek out.

As an Associate, you will break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identify the key aspects of a problem, and direct the focus of junior consultants. You will plan and execute analysis, identify core issues in complex analyses, craft suitable recommendations, and work side by side with clients and project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams.

What You Will Bring

• 2‑5 years of relevant experience in financial modelling and valuation, ideally with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization)
• Hands‑on experience in analyzing financial performance and liquidity of businesses and in setting up models for financial projections or simulations
• Proficiency in driver‑based financial models, scenario planning, cash forecasting, and sensitivity analysis
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modelling software (e.g., Power BI, Anaplan, LucaNet, etc.)
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis (HGB, IFRS)
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel
• Know how to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones you’ve already got to good use
• An aptitude for analytical work, like sniffing out clues in massive data sets or hunting down the key issues in a hugely complex challenge
• A willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our incredibly talented team
