Your mission

Bikeleasing stands for a modern mobility concept that connects companies, retailers and employees – efficient, digital and truly impactful. As a Retail Area Manager (gn) for the East region (ZIP 01–16), you play a key role in strengthening our partner network, developing retailers and ensuring that Bikeleasing is well represented across your territory. • You act as the main point of contact for our Bikeleasing partner retailers in the East region and support them with all topics related to our solution
• Regular visits help you strengthen existing partnerships and drive long-term collaboration
• You actively expand the territory, support retailers with growth strategies and demonstrate how Bikeleasing can be successfully integrated into their business model
• With excellent customer service and tailored solutions, you help improve retailer performance and overall customer experience
• You collaborate closely with our Benefit Event Managers to plan and execute events, trade fairs and retailer activities
• By documenting insights and results in the CRM, you contribute to continuous improvement in alignment with Sales Operations and Sales Management

Your profile

• You bring experience in B2B sales and understand what it takes to build strong and long-lasting partnerships
• A commercial education forms the basis of your professional manner
• As an outgoing personality, you easily connect with people and enjoy building strong relationships with retailers
• Ideally, you are familiar with the cycling industry – or you bring strong enthusiasm for it and contribute creative ideas to improve retailer support
• You work independently, manage your appointments efficiently and convince partners with excellent service and high-quality consulting
