We are immediately seeking a Retail Designer (all genders) for our team in Stuttgart, specializing in Luxury Retail.

In coordination with Project Management, you are responsible for translating creative briefing documents into sustainable retail campaigns in the luxury sector.
Your tasks include the technical implementation of window campaigns with high aesthetic standards, working closely with prototyping, production, and client contacts.
You handle material selection and create technical drawings and production documents, adhering to budget and timelines.
You oversee quality gates in production & set-up, provide on-site instructions, and prepare client presentations for prototyping, visual merchandising, and pre-assembly.
You inspect locations and supervise window installations, assess technical feasibility on-site, and communicate closely with our clients.

You have a degree in a technical or design field (preferably theater or stage design) and relevant professional experience, ideally related to prototyping and production.
You have experience working with creative briefs, especially regarding technical descriptions, compositions, colors & materials, surfaces, and feasibility.
You are proficient in at least one 3D and visualization software, and have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
You possess strong communication skills in English and German and are motivated to accompany installations within Germany & the Benelux countries.
You work independently and responsibly, with high attention to detail and an interest in fashion, innovation, sustainability, and craftsmanship.
