Responsibilities

• Lead organizational and operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Identify market opportunities and implement targeted initiatives to maximize revenue and optimize margins.
• Drive the Omni Channel execution and promote a holistic Customer Journey approach across all channels.
• Build and develop senior leadership teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Act as a key member of the regional leadership team, influencing decisions that matter.
• Being a Brand Ambassador and represent the GANT values in every aspect of retail operations, from customer experience to visual standards.
• Coordinate closely with global retail and DTC team, MF Brands real estate partners, center management and cross‑functional teams to drive consistency and operational excellence across the region.
