Retail Franchising Supervisor

Would you like to join our Retail team as Retail Franchising Supervisor ?

The Retail Franchising Supervisor is responsible for managing all activities of the assigned stores, ensuring the achievement of both quantitative objectives, such as budget, turnover, and profitability, and qualitative objectives, including the proper representation of the Brand, in line with company standards and guidelines.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Promotes the development of training/learning of the Role through self, digital and collaborative learning activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of one's Responsibilities;
• Coordinates all assigned resources in order to guarantee the objectives defined based on company guidelines and standards, planning and organizing the activities of the Retail Supervisors;
• Promotes , adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business;
• Develops the knowledge of the Retail Supervisors assigned through off/on training activities online. The main knowledge to be developed must include, by way of example, products, customers and sales techniques;
• Lead the team: motivates and coordinates the resources under his/her direction, in order to achieve the commercial objectives, defining the targets to be achieved, carrying out support and training activities for new hires;
• Monitors and reports structured feedback relating to specific area of the relevant sales points, through the assigned Retail Supervisors;
• Supports the Retail Manager in implementing the Retail Strategy, with particular attention to Retail supervision activities (analysis, diagnosis, interventions, etc.).

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Fluent in English and German language
