As Synera scales its go-to-market motion under a newly appointed CRO, the Revenue & Business Operations Manager role offers the opportunity to turn strategic vision into tangible, day-to-day operations. You'll ensure that the CRO’s strategy is properly operationalized, trackable, and embedded in day-to-day processes, while also serving broader business operations needs across the company. This is an execution-focused, hands-on position where your work directly supports both the CRO and broader business operations. It’s a high-impact role with visibility across the organization, ideal for someone who enjoys translating strategy into action in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
This is a split role: 50% Business Operations and 50% CRO Support & Revenue Operations. You will drive cross-functional operational excellence across the company while simultaneously acting as the operational right hand to our CRO, translating go-to-market strategy into scalable processes, systems, and reporting. The unique combination gives you both company-wide exposure and direct impact on revenue growth.
Business Operations (50%)
Process Design: You identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks across GTM departments.
Operational Reporting: You maintain and continuously improve company-wide KPI tracking and reporting cadences.
GTM Infrastructure & Innovation: You ensure our GTM tech stack enables, not hinders our sales-led enterprise B2B motion.
Data Analytics: You create actionable reports across key business topics, ensure decisions are data-driven, and proactively flag execution risks before others spot them.
Cross-Functional Projects: You support and drive strategic initiatives such as market expansion planning, partner operations, or internal process rollouts and team enablement.
Data Quality & Governance: You ensure data consistency across systems, manage integrations, and enforce conventions and data standards.
CRO Support & Revenue Operations (50%)
Sales Process Operationalization: You translate the CRO’s GTM strategy into documented workflows, playbooks, and CRM configurations.
Territory & Account Planning: You provide the analytical foundation for segmentation, territory design, and account prioritization.
Compensation & Incentives: You support the operational rollout and tracking of incentive structures.
Pipeline Operations: You own pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, conversion tracking, and deal progression logic within the CRM.
Forecasting: You build and manage the forecasting cadence, including data preparation, pipeline reviews, and leadership reporting.
Reporting & Dashboards: You create and maintain revenue dashboards (pipeline velocity, win rates, ACV trends, rep performance) that enable data-driven decisions and support the OKR process.
SDR/AE Alignment: You ensure handoff processes, lead routing, and qualification criteria are clearly defined and consistently enforced.
Revenue Culture Stewardship: You identify early signs of friction, reinforce company values, and proactively prevent “us vs. them” dynamics within the revenue organization.
Hiring Support: You support hiring efforts (screening profiles, preparing case challenges, coordinating reviews) in a collaboration with our Recruiting team.
⚡ In 6 months:
Pipeline reporting and forecasting cadence run reliably and are self-serve for the CRO.
You have built a trusted working relationship with the CRO as a reliable executor who closes loops without follow up.
At least two cross functional bottlenecks identified and resolved.
Key stakeholders across departments see you as someone who creates clarity, not additional process.
⚡ In 12 months:
Revenue Operations:
Forecasting has predictive value, not just snapshots.
Incentive tracking and territory performance are fully instrumented and validated against actuals.
The CRO can prepare a board level revenue update from dashboards you own.
You operate with increasing autonomy: the CRO sets strategy & direction, you deliver the operational outcome.
Business Operations:
Data quality across systems is measurably better than when you started.
You own key operational processes end to end and have a documented track record of improvements.
You are recognized across the organization as a trusted operator who spots gaps before others do and fixes them without being asked.
