We are currently hiring a Revenue Systems & Technology Lead to be based in one of our offices in Germany, Netherlands or Finland.
Your mission at Epassi
As our Revenue Systems & Technology Lead, you will own the architecture, governance, and evolution of Epassi’s revenue technology stack, with HubSpot as our core CRM. You’ll ensure our systems, data models, and integrations support scalable growth, accurate forecasting, and aligned commercial execution across all markets.
You’ll be the technical authority within Group Revenue Operations and provide people leadership to a distributed team of HubSpot Administrators and Developers, partnering closely with our Head of Business Systems to align with broader enterprise platforms, data strategy, and integration standards.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Own end-to-end revenue systems architecture (HubSpot core) across markets and instances
- Own and maintain the CRM data model design including object schemas, lifecycle stages, and pipeline structures
- Lead the alignment and evolution of multiple HubSpot instances towards a scalable group model
- Own and drive the revenue systems roadmap aligned with commercial and operational priorities
- Lead technical delivery for acquisitions: migrations, integration and alignment of revenue systems and tools
- Govern integrations and data synchronisation between HubSpot and connected business systems.
- Provide technical leadership, standards, and escalation support to HubSpot Admins/Developers and Market RevOps
- Partner cross-functionally (Business Systems, Data, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Enablement) to ensure clear ownership and effective delivery
You’ll Be Successful In This Role If You
- Deliver accurate, consistent revenue data across markets and commercial systems
- Drive adoption of standardised HubSpot configurations, data definitions, and governance practices across regions
- Define a realistic and practical roadmap to align revenue systems across markets while continuing to support local market requirements.
- Reduce manual processes through automation (e.g., lead routing, forecasting, contracting, incentive tracking, reporting)
- Deliver key roadmap initiatives on time, including acquisition-related migrations/integrations
- Establish strong documentation and operating rhythms that scale across markets
What You’ll Be Doing (daily)
- Prioritising and progressing the revenue systems roadmap with RevOps and Business Systems
- Designing or approving CRM schema changes (objects, properties, lifecycle stages, pipelines)
- Aligning integration patterns and monitoring sync health (APIs, middleware, data flows)
- Supporting Market RevOps Managers with standards, rollout guidance, and best practices
- Leading your team through implementation work, technical decisions, and escalations
- Partnering with Finance/BI to ensure a single trusted source of revenue data
- Communicating upcoming system changes and enabling adoption through documentation and training support
What You Should Bring
- 7–10+ years in revenue systems, CRM, or RevOps technology roles
- Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, and Service Hub)
- Experience in multi-market and/or multi-instance CRM environments
- Strong CRM data modelling and schema design capability
- Experience delivering integrations, migrations, and automation in CRM-driven organisations
- Strong documentation and systems design discipline
- Comfort operating in ambiguity in a scaling, fast-changing environment
- People leadership experience (leading and developing a distributed technical team)
Your Track Record
- Owning and improving a CRM/revenue tech stack and roadmap end-to-end
- Delivering reliable integrations (HubSpot ↔ finance/BI/marketing/customer systems) with clear governance
- Leading or supporting acquisition migrations/integrations and stabilising new environments
- Reducing manual work and improving data consistency through automation and standards
- Building scalable documentation, controls, and ways of working that improve adoption
Your Competency Profile
- Systems thinking & architecture: You design scalable end-to-end solutions, not point fixes.
- Governance & attention to detail: You care about data definitions, access controls, auditability, and long-term maintainability.
- Stakeholder partnership: You align Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, Data, and Business Systems around shared priorities.
- Execution & delivery management: You turn roadmaps into shipped outcomes with clear sequencing and accountability.
- Problem solving: You diagnose root causes across data, integrations, and processes and implement durable fixes.
- Leadership & enablement: You coach a distributed team and help markets adopt standards through guidance and clear communication.
