Responsibilities
- Lead & support the design and implementation of dynamic pricing strategies and sales analytics systems that leverage data analytics to maximize revenue streams and enhance business decision-making across diverse market segments.
- Drive the development of predictive models and provide comprehensive market analysis to forecast revenue opportunities, support sales and marketing strategies, and identify growth levers, integrating insights into actionable business plans.
- Support high-performing cross-functional teams, with sales analytics and RGM specifics, fostering specialized expertise and ensuring alignment with evolving consumer behaviors and competitive landscapes.
- Continuously refine pricing architecture, promotions, trade investments, and operational workflows to sustain competitive advantage, profitability, and effective resolution of employee and operational issues.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in sales analytics, revenue growth management, or related fields preferably in FMCG.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in sales forecasting and budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments.

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams through complex problem-solving and innovative project execution.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics platforms and data visualization tools to translate complex datasets into compelling business insights.

- Experience in designing and implementing sales analytics systems and tools.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
