Job Description Summary
As Lead Engineer for Turbine Aerodynamics, you will work on turbine aerodynamic design, analysis, and validation for the RISE Open Fan engine and technology development programs. You will apply aerodynamic design and fluid mechanics analysis tools, together with established design principles, to develop turbine aerodynamic concepts that meet program requirements. We are particularly looking for someone with aerodynamic test experience, ideally including experimental work on turbine or compressor rigs and aero measurement techniques, who can help closely link design activities with rig and component testing. Our team covers all turbine modules, including high- and low-pressure turbines, and turbine center and turbine rear frames.
