We are looking for a Risk Manager (f/m/d) to strengthen our team with a focus on multi-underlying hedging - including foreign exchange, interest rates, and commodities.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Executing and managing advanced hedging strategies across multiple asset classes, including foreign exchange, interest rates, and commodities
• Building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with international banking partners
• Driving the development and rollout of our hedging and risk management infrastructure
• Leading initiatives to digitize and continuously enhance Treasury processes and systems
• Collaborating cross-functionally to strengthen risk governance and ensure risk awareness across the organization

This is how you'll win us over:

• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
• Experience & Skills:
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in risk management or trading within a financial institution or corporate treasury
• In-depth knowledge of international financial markets across multiple asset classes
• Proven track record in enhancing risk management processes and driving continuous improvement
• Strong hands-on experience with risk management platforms (e.g., 360T, FXall, FXGO) and financial data systems such as Bloomberg or Refinitiv
• Ways of working: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, intercultural awareness, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A growth mindset is highly welcome!
• Languages: Business proficiency in both German and English

Treasury Risk Management (TRM) is a key function within Siemens Group Treasury, responsible for developing and executing the Group’s strategies to manage and hedge financial market price risks. Our team oversees Siemens’ exposure to foreign exchange, interest rates, and commodity risks, as well as short-term liquidity, ensuring these are effectively monitored and managed through hedging transactions with the banking sector.

Our Risk Managers execute both derivative and on-balance sheet transactions with external banks and internal Siemens entities. Beyond execution, TRM acts as a trusted advisor - providing expert risk management guidance to stakeholders across the Siemens Group.
