Position Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing operations and staff
• Complete medical forms, reports, and charting
• Coordinate resident admissions and care planning
• Communicate with residents, families, and providers about care updates
• Collaborate with pharmacy for medication management
• Ensure documentation accuracy and participate in on-call duties

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license and CPR certification
• Supervisory and long-term care experience preferred
