Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales of Vention’s solutions in a specific territory (France/Benelux), focusing on applications and complex projects.
  • Develop a customer‑focused network of channel partners, including onboarding and continuous relationship management.
  • Own and drive all aspects of deals assigned to you from prospecting (Inbound / outbound), qualifying, building proposals, to closing.
  • Lead project discoveries for qualified automation projects and act as the main point of contact.
  • Maximise assigned territory and help grow sales within the territory.
  • Coordinate with Vention Application Engineers and the Applications & Deployment teams to manage project development.
  • Collaborate with senior executives, applications, deployment and automation teams to develop and productise applications.
  • Train and educate members of the Vention sales teams on technical selling of application products.
  • Travel up to 30% of the time.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in automation or robotics sales.
  • Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
  • Fluent in French and English (written & spoken).
  • Strong communication skills and ease presenting to clients.
  • Combine business and technical acumen with a strong focus on customer success.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Deep interest in innovation, robotics and AI.
