Job Description

Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid – 2 weeks onsite per month)
Language Requirement: C1-level German speaker preferred

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer (Blue Prism) to join our client team in Munich. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid working model.

Primary Skills:

• Blue Prism (mandatory)

Secondary Skills:

• Insurance domain knowledge
• C# programming
• DevOps practices

Must Have:

• Strong hands-on experience in Blue Prism
• Proficiency in the German language (C1 level)

Good to Have:

• Experience working in Offshore/Nearshore delivery models
