Responsibilities

• Betreuung und Kommunikation mit Lieferanten sowie Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen
• Disposition von Waren, Abwicklung von Bedarfen und Überwachung von Lieferterminen
• Einholen, Vergleichen und Aufbereiten von Angeboten sowie Durchführung von Bestellungen des gesamten indirekten Einkaufs
• Bearbeitung von Auftragseingängen
• Abwicklung von Reklamationseingängen, klare Prozessabwicklung in Abstimmung mit QS und globalem Einkauf
• Verwaltung und Prüfung warenbegleitender Dokumente sowie Rechnungsprüfung
• Pflege von Stammdaten (Konditionen, Preise, Hersteller) und Unterstützung bei Inventuren
• Abwicklung von Großprojekten

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf oder Materialwirtschaft
• Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
• Verständnis für Beschaffungsprozesse, Angebotsvergleiche und Vertragsgrundlagen
• Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und souveräner Umgang mit Lieferanten
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit, Serviceorientierung und Bereitschaft zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
• Motivation, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
• Gute Kenntnisse der englischen und deutschen Schrift
