• Salary up to €40K, according to experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of collections and develop a deep understanding of products to consistently exceed KPIs
• Deliver an exceptional client experience with a strong focus on CRM, client book management, and after-sales service
• Act as a brand ambassador, building and nurturing relationships with new and VIP clients
• Support daily operations in collaboration with the team and management, ensuring impeccable standards across the sales floor, stockroom, and visual merchandising

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the luxury fashion industry
• Proven experience working with KPIs, CRM tools, and client appointments
• Fluency in German and English
