Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
Familiarity with MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot (or comparable CRM tools).
Proven track record managing accounts and building long term relationships.
Excellent communication, active listening, organizational, and time-management skills.
Results-driven, integrity-led team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.

Your tasks

Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio with a focus on upselling and account expansion.
Building meaningful and long-term relationship with your customer base.
Createstrategicdevelopment planswitha long-term vision for your portfolio.
Active outreach to newsites, users and key stakeholder within your existing accounts.
Partner with Consultants and Customer Success teams to expand use cases,drivesatisfaction andproduct adoption.
Lead contract renewals, ensuring timely closure and revenue retention.
Support accurate invoicing in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
