Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling PV household systems to homeowners and residential clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage sales pipelines, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms. Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. Stay updated with industry trends, government policies, and regulatory requirements within the German residential solar market.
Conditions:
Education and Experience: High school or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry, is highly desirable. Experience in selling PV household systems or related products/services is a plus.
Sales Skills: Strong sales skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets are important. Familiarity with consultative selling techniques and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of PV household systems is beneficial.
Familiarity with the German solar market, including knowledge of government incentives, feed-in tariffs, net metering policies, and regulatory requirements specific to residential solar installations is highly valued.
Effective communication, both verbal and written, and fluency in German is crucial for presenting and explaining complex concepts related to PV household systems.
