To strengthen our team in Mannheim, we are looking for Sales Agents (m/f/d) for the European Markets with sufficient language proficiency for different country regions.

• Needs assessment: determination of customer requirements and identification of business opportunities

• Lead qualification: qualifying and passing on potential business opportunities to the sales force in order to optimally develop customer relationships
• Teamwork: close cooperation within the team, as well as good familiarization opportunities
• Completed vocational training, preferably in sales
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Enjoy outbound telephony in the B2B sector
• Initial experience in the sale of IT solutions is desirable
• Required language skills:
  • Polish (level C2) and English (level B2) or
  • Czech (level C2) and Slovakian (level C2) and English (level B2) or
  • German (level C2) and English (level B2)
