Are you a data-driven commercial thinker with a passion for uncovering trends and driving business growth through insight? A leading global consumer goods company is looking for a Sales Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping strategy and execution across key retail channels in Germany.

This is a high-impact position where your analytical skills will directly support commercial decision-making, helping accelerate performance in one of the most dynamic FMCG sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

Analyse national and regional retail sales data to identify growth opportunities across classic retail, discount, and drugstore channels
Provide ongoing KBI tracking , sales activity monitoring, and performance reporting
Collaborate with key stakeholders including Sales, Channel, Marketing, and external partners
Create and maintain compelling sales decks, forecasts, and performance summaries to support sell-in strategies and retailer engagement
Provide tactical insight to inform pricing, promotions, and customer strategy
Support the creation of annual business plans through insight-driven recommendations
Work closely with bottling and distribution partners to align on execution priorities

What You Bring

Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics , or a related field
2+ years' experience in a Sales Analyst, Category Analyst, or Business Intelligence role within FMCG, Retail, or Beverage
Strong command of data tools and platforms – e.g. Nielsen, IRI, Drotax , Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in German and English , both written and spoken
Confident presenting insights to internal and external stakeholders
