We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager Used Equipment (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Developing global concepts and strategies to significantly expand the used equipment business
• Identification of additional market potential and development of processes and structures for this purpose
• Market analyses, performance tracking, and identification of measures to optimize the business
• Close partnership with international markets to support their daily business in the field of used machinery
• Coordinate between sales, service, and production to ensure efficient order processing

Your qualifications:

• Completed a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in international sales or business development in the construction machinery industry, ideally also in used equipment
• Strong strategic and analytical skills and a hands‑on approach
• Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence
• Excellent English proficiency. Knowledge of additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel worldwide
