Would you like to join our Max Mara Munich Store as Sales Assistant ?

The Sales Assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

You’ll be in charge of:

Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop.
Actively build client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience.
Gain new clients, meeting conversion goals and continue to service existing clients.

If you:

Have a passion for fashion.
Possess a customer-oriented approach.
Have expertise in Retail Sales.
Exhibit strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Are fluent in English and German.
