Overview

HR Intern in the Fashion and Textile Industry – MaxMara Frankfurt Store. Sales Assistant role to share the methodology and DNA of the company with clients to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, and stay up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
• Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop.
• Actively build client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience.
• Gain new clients, meet conversion goals and continue to service existing clients.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented approach
• 10+ years expertise in Retail Sales
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Fluent in English and German
