Do you know the Berlin restaurant scene – and want to turn your network into real sales and impact?

At HeapsGo, we’re looking for a German-speaking sales assistant with a passion for sales, strong relationships in the Berlin hospitality space, and a sharp eye for new opportunities. You’ll work directly with our Copenhagen-based sales leadership and be one of the first to shape our presence in Germany.

HeapsGo is Denmark’s leading provider of white-label ordering solutions for ambitious restaurant chains. We build custom apps, webshops, and kiosks that help brands control their own ordering, delivery, and loyalty – without relying on third-party platforms.

We power major Nordic brands like Jagger, Madklubben, and Wedo – and have recently expanded to Sweden and Norway with partners like Biteline, OAKBERRY, and Fly Chicken.

Now we’re launching in Germany – and we’re starting with Berlin.

Berlin is one of Europe’s most dynamic food scenes – with 1000s of delivery-focused restaurants, high Wolt penetration, and a growing need for digital ownership. We believe HeapsGo can offer a real alternative: all-in-one ordering, with full brand control and better margins. But to succeed, we need local traction and credibility. That’s where you come in.

🧩 Your role:

• ✅ Use your network to identify and reach out to restaurant chains in Berlin
• ✅ Book intro calls and meetings with relevant leads
• ✅ Build and maintain your own prospect pipeline
• ✅ Work closely with our sales team to pitch and present HeapsGo
• ✅ Share insights from the ground to help shape our local GTM

🎯 You:

• 🔹 Have insight into – or contacts in – the Berlin restaurant scene
• 🔹 Are looking for a flexible, part-time role (10–15h/week)
• 🔹 Are interested in SaaS, hospitality tech, or food delivery
• 🔹 Are proactive, curious, and not afraid to reach out
• 🔹 Speak and write fluent German
