The Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Account Manager (f/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you'll support and improve our end-to-end sales operations — from CRM and external sales partners to customer relationships and account growth. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale our business and ensure great client experiences across the board.
Your Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate external sales support service providers
Maintain, optimize, and actively use our CRM system
Support the setup, improvement, and scaling of internal sales processes
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing accounts
Help qualify and manage leads together with the Sales and Marketing team
Strengthen our customer journey and client retention initiatives
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams

Your Profile:

A bachelor's or master's degree related to sales, marketing, business administration or similar
3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service and related fields
Strong organizational and communication skills
High proficiency in German and English (C1 or better)
Self-driven, solution-oriented, and detail-conscious mindset
Experience working with CRM systems
Prior experience in IT/tech-related environments is a strong advantage
A proactive team player with willingness to take ownership and drive results
