We are recruiting a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for one of Berlin’s most successful tech scaleups. After securing significant venture funding and establishing a dominant market position, they are expanding their GTM engine to dominate the European market. This is a high-visibility role where you will be trained by seasoned sales leaders to become a world-class revenue driver.
As an SDR, you are the engine of the sales funnel. You will be responsible for identifying high-value accounts, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, and creating the first spark of interest with C-suite executives and decision-makers. You will work in a high-density talent environment where data-driven iteration and a "growth mindset" are the default.
