What You’ll Do

  • Identify and reach out to potential manufacturing customers across Europe.
  • Start conversations with operations, production, and quality leaders – the people running factories day to day.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Partner closely with your AE to shape pipeline, messaging, and market feedback.
  • Help us scale our go‑to‑market playbook as we grow.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1‑3 years in B2B sales or sales development (software experience helps, but curiosity and drive matter more).
  • Move fast, take initiative, and have grit.
  • Strong communication skills – written, spoken, and over the phone.
  • Comfortable talking to engineers, production managers, and factory leaders.
  • Organized and disciplined – keep clean notes and know your numbers.
  • Goal‑oriented and motivated by learning and growth.

Bonus points

  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, or Aircall.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Clay, n8n, or similar).
  • Interest in AI, robotics, or manufacturing tech.
