We are a Seed/Series A stage team based in the heart of Berlin. We are looking for a high-energy, resilient, and structured SDR to join our mission of democratizing legal knowledge. This isn't just a "lead gen" role—this is your fast track to becoming a full-cycle Account Executive.
The Role
As our Sales Development Representative, you will be the engine of our growth. Your primary mission is to identify, source, and engage potential customers (SMB/Mid-Market) who are struggling with traditional, inefficient legal processes.
You will start with a heavy focus on outbound excellence. Once you have consistently hit your targets for 2–3 months, you will transition into a Full-Cycle Sales role, managing deals from initial discovery all the way to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Own the front end of the sales funnel through cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Strategic Sourcing: Use Clay and other tools to identify high-fit accounts within our ICP (Legaltech, Fintech, SaaS).
- Discovery: Conduct high-level discovery calls to qualify leads and understand the complex legal pain points of modern businesses.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain a pristine Hubspot database, ensuring all activities and lead data are accurately tracked.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Leverage our modern sales stack (Hubspot, Lemlist, Clay) to automate and scale your outreach without losing the human touch.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B SaaS preferred). While you don't need closing experience yet, you must have a hunger to learn.
- Communication: You are a native or fluent English speaker with world-class verbal and written communication skills. You can explain complex AI/Legal products simply.
- Work Ethic: You have a "founder's mindset." You are self-motivated, resilient in the face of "no," and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Structured Approach: You are highly organized and follow a repeatable process to manage your pipeline.
- Language: English is mandatory. German is a significant "nice-to-have."
Bonus Points (Nice to Haves)
- Experience in Cybersecurity, Legaltech, Fintech, or Regtech.
- Previous experience in a Seed or Series A startup.
- Familiarity with selling complex, high-stakes products.
Onboarding & Performance (The Roadmap)
- Week 1-2: Intensive 2-week ramp-up at our Berlin office.
- Day 14 Milestone: You've booked your first qualified meeting.
- Month 2: Fully ramped and hitting 100% of your outbound targets.
- Month 3+: Transition to full-cycle sales (managing deals ~$10k avg size).
