Sales Development Representative (SDR) - SaaS

German‑Speaking SDR - AI SaaS (DACH Market)

Location: Berlin (Hybrid) | Also open to Düsseldorf / London (German-speaking)

Salary: €40k‑€50k base + €15k‑€20k OTE

The Role

As an SDR, you'll focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation, working closely with Account Executives to create high‑quality sales opportunities.

• Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Identify decision‑makers and build a strong pipeline
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives
• Work towards achievable monthly targets (5‑10 meetings)
• Learn and position AI‑driven solutions to customers

• Fluent German (essential) and strong English
• Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
• Resilient, motivated, and interested in a career in sales
• Comfortable with outbound activity and engaging new people

Experience is flexible – open to graduates, junior SDRs, or candidates from customer‑facing roles such as retail or call centres.
