with experience navigating complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles across the
DACH region . You will be responsible for identifying and securing new enterprise accounts, expanding relationships within existing customers, and positioning our platform as a foundational enabler of both traditional event-driven architecture (EDA) and emerging AI-driven initiatives. As enterprises accelerate AI adoption, real-time, secure data movement becomes mission-critical. You will work with technical stakeholders and executive leaders to demonstrate how our platform serves as the backbone of modern, AI-ready infrastructure. What You’ll Do
Establish, cultivate, and grow strategic relationships with enterprise clients. Identify new business opportunities with both new prospects and existing customers. Lead full-cycle enterprise sales processes from prospecting to close. Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned to pipeline growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Operate as a proactive “hunter” while collaborating closely with pre-sales engineers and cross-functional teams. Build strong relationships at both operational and executive levels. Navigate and negotiate complex enterprise deals. Consistently win new business while expanding existing accounts. What You’ll Bring
Fluency in
English and German. Experience selling middleware, event streaming, integration, API management, or enterprise data infrastructure solutions is highly preferred. Strong consultative selling skills with executive presence. Experience selling middleware, integration, or enterprise IT solutions. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to lead internal teams through complex sales cycles and negotiations. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years managing enterprise client relationships within the IT space. Familiarity with MEDIC / MEDDPICC sales methodologies. Willingness to travel up to 30% across the region.
