To further strengthen the sales team in Spain, we are looking for a Sales Director (m/f/d) in the region Bilbao to join as soon as possible. As a Sales Director (w/m/d) you develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Moreover, you represent the Spanish entity as Managing Director and are responsible for its strategic development as well as financial and personnel planning. You analyze market and competitor data to identify new business opportunities. You build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with key customers and negotiate contracts or framework agreements. Moreover, you plan the budget in line with business targets, and take direct responsibility for a key customer portfolio and a dedicated sales region. Additionally, you take charge of the Spanish sales team, drive the department’s development, and introduce new sales strategies. Ihr Profil
You have successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification. You bring at least 5-10 years of sales experience in a globally operating manufacturing company, including solid experience in a leadership role. A strong technical background is essential; experience in the Testing & Measurement technology market is a plus. You are a goal-oriented, resilient, and assertive individual with proven leadership and excellent communication skills. You are willing to travel, including weekly trips to Barcelona. Fluency in Spanish and English at C1 level is required. Play a key role in further expanding sales in Spain and maximising market potential.
