About the Role

We are hiring a Dutch‑speaking Sales & Marketing Agent for an exciting international digital marketing project.

This is a dynamic, target‑driven sales role where you will work with business clients, helping them grow their online presence and optimize their marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities
• Manage outbound and inbound sales activities
• Build strong relationships with business clients
• Promote digital marketing solutions
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Marketing experience is a plus)
• Dutch C1 level or higher
• English B2 level or higher
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target‑oriented and performance‑driven mindset
• Only candidates already based in Berlin will be considered
