As a Sales Engineer, you act as the technical interface between sales and the customer. You transform complex logistics challenges into tailored, scalable solutions and guide our teleoperation technology from the initial contact to a successful Go‑Live. Together with our team, you will strategically expand our sales operations and ensure enabl is recognized as a technological pioneer for automated material flows in the industry.

Your profile

  • Education: You hold a degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering), Business with a technical focus, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience: You have gained initial experience in technical sales, ideally within automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0.
  • Skills: You combine strong technical understanding with excellent communication skills and a genuine customer orientation.
  • Communication: You have the ability to explain complex technical solutions and content in a clear, convincing manner.
  • Presence: You appear confident at all levels, from the shop floor to the executive suite, and are characterized by active listening and a keen sense for customer needs.
  • Mobility: You are willing to travel and can professionally represent us at customer meetings and events.
  • Languages: You communicate fluently in German (min. C1) and have good English skills (B2) in both spoken and written form.

Your tasks

As a Sales Engineer, you are responsible for the technical sales of our innovative remote automation solutions and manage the entire sales process.

  • You proactively identify and approach potential B2B customers in the logistics, industry, and automation sectors.
  • You analyze customer use cases and expertly guide your clients from the first contact to the system's successful Go‑Live.
  • You manage the project rollout at the customer site and coordinate technical steps through to commissioning.
  • You develop customer‑specific solution concepts and build long‑term relationships as a trusted partner.
  • You work closely with Product Development and Management to ensure specific customer requirements flow directly into our technical implementation.
  • You convincingly represent our company and technology at trade fairs, industry events, and customer workshops.
  • You create precise proposals, calculations, and technical materials in coordination with internal teams.
