Responsibilities
- Leading compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations for the core solutions, primarily supporting a single sales team (e.g., Supplier Sales).
- Partnering directly with Account Executives to deeply analyze customer technical needs and collaboratively build winning sales strategies.
- Defining, managing, and executing Proof-of-Concept (POC) or Proof-of-Technology (POT) projects, helping customers truly understand the value.
- Handling technical aspects of simple to straightforward, single-product deals, often involving key supply chain members (e.g., retailer and supplier).
- Acting as the trusted technical account leader, providing insightful consultations and rapid-fire answers to client questions on product function and usage.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree PLUS at least 6 months of customer-facing supply chain or technical product-related experience (or equivalent combination).
- Fluent level of English and German.
- A proven ability to innovate and iterate in real-time when faced with complex customer challenges.
- A clear, concise, and confident communication style (verbal, non-verbal, and written) with an ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
- Demonstrable integrity, self-driven initiative, strong collaboration, and a deep focus on building lasting customer relationships.
Nice-to-Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Business.
- Prior experience in CPG, Retail, or the broader Supply Chain ecosystem.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
