As our Sales Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening our presence in the BeNeLux region, primarily within the process industry. After an internal training period, you will take full ownership of developing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and driving market growth.
You will be a vital member of the sales and calculation team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. In this role, you will lead and support a team of five calculators , maintaining and deepening relationships with customers, prospects, and colleagues. You will provide expert technical guidance, identify opportunities for innovation, and ensure our solutions consistently meet client needs.

Actively manage existing customers while seeking new opportunities with prospects and dormant clients, while leading a team of five estimators (calculators).
Proactive business developer skilled in cold calling and opportunity spotting.
Understand market trends and customer needs in plastic piping to drive sustainable growth.
Solve customer challenges by developing concrete solutions in collaboration with colleagues, across projects from repairs to new constructions.
Build strong networks and act as a trusted discussion partner at all organizational levels.
Oversee project follow-up, coordinate with internal teams on quotes and calculations, contribute to sales planning, and expand Thermopol’s presence in BeNeLux and neighboring countries.
