We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our Nestlé Professional team.

Responsibilities

• Understand and align with company priorities by developing a comprehensive periodic action plan and executing it effectively within the designated area of responsibility to achieve sales targets
• Follow and implement monthly company priorities with planned resources
• Execute the Picture of Success framework across all sales points
• Ensuring the achievement of business objectives by overseeing distributors and their sales representatives, while delivering all essential sales, operational and customer management activities to all customers
• Utilize relevant sources of information to assess the sales potential of your assigned area. Generate leads and make timely sales interviews to achieve the maximum potential of the area
• Manage distributors within the area of responsibility to ensure sales targets are met while optimizing resources and maintaining the desired level of stock
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the distributor’s sales force in alignment with company targets through daily and weekly performance tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) (Out of Home experience will be a significant advantage)
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage distributors effectively
• Strong understanding of all sales functions, including Customer Care and commercial Development, customer relations and field operations, with experience in managing a field sales team
• A valid driving license is required
• No travel restriction
• Fluent in English is an advantage
