A global leader in AI‑driven Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) and decision‑intelligence solutions is looking for a senior sales leader to drive enterprise adoption of its AI platforms across Europe. The organization powers digital enterprises across 50+ countries with real‑time AI and predictive decisioning.
Role Overview You will lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle for AI/ML‑based customer engagement and decision‑intelligence solutions working directly with senior stakeholders across telecom and adjacent digital industries.
Key Responsibilities
Drive regional revenue and achieve enterprise sales quotas
Position AI products—predictive models, decisioning engines, personalization workflows
Engage CXO‑level stakeholders (CMO, CDO, Head of Analytics, Product Leaders)
Conduct discovery workshops & align solutions with customer AI roadmaps
Build strategic account relationships and long‑term partnerships
Collaborate with Product, Pre‑Sales & Data Science teams
Develop partner & SI‑led GTM motions for opportunity acceleration
Ideal Profile
10+ years of enterprise solution sales experience in Europe
Strong track record in AI/ML SaaS, Analytics, or Digital Transformation
