Sales Intelligence & CRM Analyst (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Sales Intelligence & Lead Enrichment – Proactively identify and profile potential B2B clients such as renewable energy developers, grid operators, and commercial & industrial enterprises, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or industry databases to feed the sales pipeline with qualified insights.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting – Create and maintain standard reports and KPIs (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, forecasting accuracy) and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for the Head of Sales and C‑level management.
  • Process Automation & Enablement – Train the sales team on CRM best practices and sales intelligence tools, automating administrative tasks so they can focus on client relationships.
  • Data Hygiene – Ensure high data quality, GDPR compliance, and seamless integration between the CRM, marketing automation tools, and the ERP system.
  • CRM Ownership & Optimization – Act as the ultimate owner of our CRM platform, designing, implementing, and optimizing sales workflows, pipelines, and reporting dashboards tailored to long‑cycle B2B infrastructure sales.
  • Market & Competitor Monitoring – Track market developments, policy changes in the renewable sector, and competitor movements, coordinating with the marketing department to identify new business opportunities or risks.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Intelligence, or CRM Management, preferably within a B2B environment (SaaS, renewable energy, manufacturing, or heavy tech).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Deep, hands‑on experience with major CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics); certifications are a plus.
  • Strong capability to analyze large datasets with advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or SQL is highly desirable.
  • A strong interest in renewable energy, battery storage, or electrical grids; previous green‑energy experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to translate complex data into simple, convincing narratives for sales reps and executives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of tender processes, buying signals, or technical‑commercial sales cycles.
  • Experience in startup/scale‑up environments or building processes from scratch.
  • Familiarity with cost drivers in BESS projects (CAPEX, BOS, EMS, EPC models).
  • Ability to build small dashboards, reports, or forecasting models independently.

Location

Bremen, Germany – alternatively, the position may be based at our on‑site location in Technopark Lucerne, Switzerland.

Travel Readiness

Approximately 10‑20 % within EMEA.
