Job Description

Are you a sales expert who not only recognizes opportunities but also conquers markets and plays a key role in building a new business area? At Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions GmbH, you will actively shape the digital transformation of the logistics industry in Central and Eastern Europe as a Sales Manager. In this position, you will take on a key role in successfully establishing our AWS reselling and our innovative platform, l-os.com, to drive our growth.

  • Proactively identify and acquire new customers for our AWS reselling and our platform, l-os.com, especially in the dynamic Central and Eastern European market.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline: research potential ISV customers, find the optimal way to initiate conversations, and systematically qualify leads.
  • Independently conduct initial meetings, analyze specific customer requirements, and prepare for the handover to the closing process.
  • Collaborate closely with another SDR, actively participate in initial outreach to leverage synergies and maximize sales success.
  • Play an active part in shaping our sales strategies and processes, contributing ideas to significantly influence the development of our business area.
  • Position provides the foundation to develop into an Account Executive with full closing responsibility in the future.

Qualifications

  • Education: completed university degree in business, sales, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience and Knowledge: solid experience in B2B cold acquisition, ideally within SaaS or cloud industry; handling upper sales funnel – research, outreach, qualification – core strengths; proven expertise in building robust sales pipelines; strong grasp of cloud technologies and AWS ecosystem; previous experience as an SDR or Junior Account Executive with demonstrable acquisition success.
  • Personality and Working Practice: self‑starter, proactive, persistent, capable of building a new business area.
  • Work Routine: willingness to develop CEE market from office and by traveling and working on‑site directly.
  • Enthusiasm: passion for shaping a business area from the ground up and strong drive to develop new markets in Central and Eastern Europe.
  • Languages: excellent written and spoken communication in German and English; proficiency in Polish or other CEE languages is a significant advantage.
