About the Job
We’re building something extraordinary - a new B2B lead generation business unit in the renewable energy space that has successfully launched and is now ready to scale. As our Sales Manager - B2B Partner Acquisition, you will be responsible for winning new B2B partners for our Renewable Energy Vertical and building a strong, sustainable pipeline. In this role, you will focus on outbound sales: identifying and contacting potential partners, pitching our value proposition, handling objections, and closing deals that contribute to a seven-figure annual revenue stream.
You will work very closely with our Lead Generation, Product and Operations teams and be an active part in shaping our sales processes, scripts and CRM workflows. With plenty of room to bring in your own ideas, you’ll play a key role in building this new business area from the ground up.
This is what you’ve got
- Solid experience in B2B sales, ideally in an outbound / new business role
- Aproven track record in cold outreach and pipeline building(phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Comfortable withhigh volumes of outreach and frequent rejection- you see “no” as a step towards “yes”
- Fluent German skillsand at leastbasic English skills(English is our internal company language)
- Experience working withCRM tools(e.g. Pipedrive) and a habit of keeping your pipeline data clean and up to date
- A solid understanding ofstructured sales processesand how to move opportunities through different stages
- Clear, structured and empathetic communication style, both with external partners and internal teams
- Astrong sense of ownershipfor your numbers and results, combined with a collaborative mindset
- High motivation to havedirect impact on company successand tohelp build a new business area from scratch
- Enjoyment of a fast-moving, “startup-like” environment with changing priorities, new ideas and a high degree of flexibility

- Identify and research potential B2B partners in our target markets (e.g. via online research, LinkedIn, industry lists)
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email and LinkedInand run structured cold outreach campaigns
- Qualify leads, understand their needs and match them with the right WLX offering and vertical
- Own the full outbound sales funnel, from first contact to signed agreement and handover for activation
- Negotiate commercial conditionswithin defined guardrails and close new partner contracts
- Build and maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in our CRMPipedrive, including activities, stages and notes
- Follow up consistentlywith prospects to move opportunities forward and shorten sales cycles where possible
- Sharestructured feedback from calls and dealswith internal teams (Lead Generation, Product, Content, Finance) to improve scripts, pitches and processes
- Contribute to testing new verticals and sales approaches, bringing in ideas from the market
- Participate ininternal alignment meetings, share your numbers and learnings, and help refine our overall go-to-market
