Responsibilities

Develop and implement a clear sales strategy – including market analysis, target customers, and pipeline planning
Build a strong network of decision‑makers and stakeholders in banks and financial institutions
Recognize cross‑ and upsell opportunities across various customer accounts
Analyze market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs to derive new business opportunities
Prepare customized solutions and present them – including participation in pitches and tenders

Qualifications

Successfully completed training as a banking officer or a degree in business economics / computer science
University degree or equivalent professional experience; postgraduate degree a plus
Knowledge of sales methods such as Sandler, Miller Heiman, Target Account Selling or SPIN Selling desirable

Required Skills

A strong network of decision‑makers and stakeholders in the private banking environment
Several years of experience in sales or professional services in the banking sector
Proven success in direct sales at leading banks (e.g. Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, Atruvia)
Deep knowledge of banking processes, market trends, and current challenges in the financial sector
Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C‑level
Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a structured, solution‑oriented work style
High self‑motivation and enthusiasm for building complex client relationships
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Track record of exceeding sales targets
