Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Stuttgart. This is a full‑time, on‑site role where you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will also analyze market trends, create forecasts, and contribute to strategic planning to ensure long‑term business success.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including client relationship management and negotiation expertise.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, automotive, bus, truck, off highways, railway, or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Leadership and team collaboration skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages such as German is a strong asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt sales strategies to market dynamics.
