  • You are responsible for the sales territory - Central Germany
  • You are accountable for managing existing customers and acquiring new customers
  • You maintain and further develop existing customer relationships within the fleet segment
  • You ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and actively manage churn prevention
  • You identify cross‑ and upselling potential for the following products: national and international fuel supply, fuel and charging cards, charging solutions for corporate (@work) and private (@home) locations, fleet management software, telematics, and additional products from the DKV Mobility portfolio
  • You acquire new fleet customers within the assigned sales territoryYou sell the full product portfolio to prospective new customers and develop tailored solutions to meet the specific requirements of the fleet and mobility industry
  • You analyze market trends and competitor activities and prepare regular reports and forecasts
  • You participate in industry events, trade fairs, and customer events, and build and sustainably maintain a strong network within the fleet and mobility ecosystem

Qualifications

  • You bring several years of experience in field sales, ideally within the fleet, vehicle management, and mobility environment, and preferably hold a completed degree
  • You have strong knowledge of the fleet, vehicle management, and mobility industry
  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • You are confident working with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ideally have experience with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT
  • You have a strong sales mindset, are communicative, work independently, are results‑oriented, and act with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ideally, you live directly within the sales territory and have a home office. All necessary equipment will be provided by DKV
