Sales Manager – Germany & Western Europe

Camlock Systems is a leader in locking and access control systems for equipment, cabinets and enclosures, with offices in the UK, US and Taiwan. After an intensive period of product development and market penetration, Camlock is now pursuing aggressive growth within the self-service sector (vending, kiosks and smart lockers) with ambitious market share targets.

We are seeking a driven, experienced, and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Camlock. In this role, you will take full responsibility for new business and key account management within your assigned territory. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions, while collaborating with internal teams to remove any barriers to sale and ensure a seamless process.

Responsibilities

  • Directly undertake targeted customer acquisition with the support of the technical sales team.
  • Travel within the assigned territory extensively to develop relationships and sales.
  • Introduce company solutions with confidence, clarity and energy.
  • Understand customer requirements and aid Camlock in providing suitable technical solutions.
  • Maintaining a healthy and profitable relationship with customers.
  • Analyzing and reporting sales results and metrics.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, reporting said intelligence frequently and constructively.

Requirements

  • Degree level education
  • Germany Based
  • At least 3-5 years business development/sales experience.
  • Previous experience selling to the security sector is desirable
  • Solution/System/Technology selling experience
  • Strong IT skills including business analytics
  • Fluent German and English
