Major Global Luxury Hotel Group role as a Senior Business Development Manager.

B2B business development role targeting Travel Agents across leisure agencies and key Tour Operators to promote a portfolio of luxury hotel brands, as the preferred hotel chain to their own clients.

Hotel brand side or travel agency industry experience required.

Must be Frankfurt region based.

WFH / remote role, ~ 30% travel to meeting your agents F2F for in-person visits and territory trade show and hosted events.

The Senior Business Development Manager role works on their own portfolio of travel agencies in their region and is part of a wider European team, which is part of a global team.

From analysis of various agency and tour operator account metrics, the BDMs tailor their contact frequency and develop business relationships with the front-line travel agents, through calls (F2F and virtual), webinars, training sessions, workshops and by delivering and presenting relevant sales materials to promote awareness and encourage maximum sales of the hotel brand's resorts & all-inclusive properties.

The role records and up-dates all activities in Salesforce.

The Senior Business Development Manager works with the very personable Team Lead and Global Director in a small team of 5 who have twice weekly ‘huddles’ to share experiences, tactics and performance.

You will report back on KPIs, data, and ROI – with support from senior management.

The Global Director provides a lot of commercial direction, and then it is up to the BDMs to execute the strategies with their list of accounts.

They are looking for good analytical and commercial awareness to evaluate the Hotel Group’s market share and you'll need to be someone who enjoys presenting and engaging with clients.

You’ll need to prioritize agencies based on analysis of market share and room night data, and formulate the sales strategy for each agency. Using relevant data and reports you’ll plan and structure the content of the calls and presentations with agency activity based on relevant data and information.

Remote working close knit team, with some travel to meet your portfolio of agencies.
