Responsibilities

• Lead generation and acquisition of municipalities and public institutions.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
• Deliver presentations and demos to decision‑makers.
• Document activities in CRM (Pipedrive) and use Slack & Notion.
• Develop and test sales strategies to position our product worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development, ideally B2G.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially on the phone.
• Fluent German (C1) and very good English (B2/C1).
• Interest in software and digitalization.
• Comfort with CRM systems and thorough documentation.
• Self‑stated structure, remote work success.
• Env. protection awareness.
