Role Description

The Sales Manager NL is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Dusseldorf Area. The role includes developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the Netherlands, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will oversee account management, execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance product offerings tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in sales, account management, and client relationship management
• In-depth understanding of the Dutch market and proven ability to analyze and utilize market trends
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Proficient in project management and team collaboration
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in the fashion or sustainability sectors is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
