What awaits you

  • The position focuses on selling additives for the plastics industry in the Eastern European region and Greece
  • Proactively visit accounts in plastics to sell products within employees defined territory
  • Prospect, develop and close opportunities
  • Proactively collaborate with the head of sales and end users on opportunities and account strategies within the territory
  • Manage appointments and opportunities by documenting needs and developing relationships with users, influencers, and key decision‑makers at each location
  • Visit customers 3/4 days every work week
  • Geographical region: Poland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Slovakia,

What we expect

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or a related discipline preferred
  • Technical/professional plastics experience in outside sales is required. B2B sales experience is strongly desired
  • Knowledge of plastics processing (thermoplastics, thermosets, and PVC) preferred
  • Strategic and solutions-oriented selling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels
  • Experience giving successful and meaningful customer presentations
  • Proficient listening and questioning abilities
  • Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and able to manage time and territory
  • CRM database knowledge
  • Desire to join industry organizations
  • Up to 80% travel required (3/4 days per week)
  • Valid driver's license and passport required
